Using the service

Use the app lawfully and comply with applicable age and parental-consent requirements. Protect your account and do not impersonate others, manipulate engagement, spam, circumvent restrictions or misuse reporting tools.

The service may change or be unavailable. No advertising approval, reach, revenue or creator payment is guaranteed. Invite links do not entitle anyone to compensation.

Your submissions and rights

Submit only media, captions and comments you created or are authorized to share. You retain rights you actually hold; uploading does not transfer ownership of someone else's work to you.

By submitting content, you permit the app to store, display, deliver and moderate it as needed to operate the service. Public approved posts may be linked or shared by visitors. Remove your own post if you no longer want it publicly available, subject to lawful retention and previously shared copies.

Prohibited content

Do not submit sexual/adult content or nudity, child exploitation, graphic violence or gore, violent threats, hate or targeted harassment, instructions for dangerous or illegal activity, scams, malware, deceptive promotions, private personal information, or copyright/privacy violations. Humour or satire does not excuse harm or unlawful content.

Community photo/video posts require approval before publication. Moderators may reject or remove posts and restrict app interactions. A suspension is an app restriction; it does not automatically delete every previously approved post or ban the identity-provider account.

Reports, disputes and external content

Send good-faith reports through Report or Contact. Moderators review reports and may dismiss them or take action; submitting a report alone is not a takedown. Copyright complaints follow the Copyright/DMCA guidance.

Archive posts remain governed by their original source. App moderation does not modify WordPress. Linked media and third-party services are not controlled by these app terms.

Applicable rights and obligations under local law still apply. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights or establish an invented legal jurisdiction.
